The Young Professionals & Student Workshop is geared toward younger members and students interested in learning about the career development, mentorship, and networking opportunities that ASCE offers beyond their local younger member groups and student chapters.  Attendees will engage with other students, industry professionals, and ASCE Construction Institute Young Professionals in collaborative conversations about the issues and innovations that are impacting and transforming the construction and civil engineering industries today.

The workshop aims to:

• become an avenue for participants to advance their leadership skills
• increase the participants' understanding of key challenges specific to the construction and civil engineering industries
• expand the professional network
• provide information about ASCE programs and mentorship
• nurture a robust Young Professional community
